One-day birthing class in Tigard
Please join us for our special one-day complete birth prep course. This in-person class includes everything from our first three classes in a condensed version. Located at Byenveni Baby in Tigard, taught by two local experienced doulas, our class will cover the basics of childbirth, and will prepare you well for the big day. We can't wait to meet you and help you learn about bringing your baby into the world!

What will you learn?
This class covers anatomy, labor stages and progression, immediate postpartum recovery, interventions, advocacy and informed consent, coping techniques and comfort measures, and labor practice.
In-Person One-day Class
Class takes place at Byenveni Baby in Tigard on Saturday, July 18th from 8:30am-4:30pm (one hour lunch break from 12-1)
