Our Express Childbirth Class through Doula Love is offered in either the 4-hour live online format, or the 6-hour in person format. It’s perfect for first time parents who want to learn the basics of childbirth AND parents who have had babies and want a refresher.
Grab a pen, notebook, and your partner, and get cozy while you learn everything you need to know about birth and how to have the experience you’ve dreamed of.
We go over everything including the anatomy of pregnancy, hormones of labor, signs and stages of labor, variations in childbirth, childbirth options and choices, advocacy, breastfeeding, postpartum recovery, Q&A, and much more!
